Return and Refund Policy

At Super Disposal, we are committed to providing you with 100% Certified Food Grade and high-quality packaging materials. If you are not satisfied with your order due to quality issues or damage, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product meets one of the following conditions:

  • Damaged in Transit: The product arrived visibly damaged or broken due to shipping or handling.

  • Defective/Incorrect Item: You received the wrong item, or the product is fundamentally defective (e.g., poor sealing, incorrect dimensions, printing error on customized orders).

  • Non-Compliance: The product does not meet the promised Food Grade or material specifications.

2. Items NOT Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Used Products: Items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging (due to hygiene and food safety standards).

  • Minor Variations: Small differences in colour, weight, or print placement that are within industry-standard manufacturing tolerances.

  • Custom Orders: Once approved by the customer, Customised Power Paper Products cannot be returned unless the final product has a manufacturing defect or printing error.

  • Change of Mind: Orders cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind after purchase.

3. Time Frame for Returns

You must initiate a return request within [3] days of receiving your order. Requests received after this period will not be entertained.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to Disposalsuper@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7090227676 immediately.

  2. Provide Details: In your request, include your Order Number, details of the product, and a clear description of the issue (e.g., damage or defect).

  3. Attach Proof: Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.

Our team will review the claim within 48 hours and provide instructions for the return shipment.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our Quality Control team in Belagavi, we will confirm the eligibility for a refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of inspection confirmation.

  • Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., Credit Card, Bank Account, UPI).

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Orders: Standard (non-customized) orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped from our Belagavi facility.

  • Custom Orders: Cancellation requests for custom printed orders can only be accepted before the printing proof is approved. Once approval is given, cancellation is not possible.
